Follys in Action
From your first point of contact with Follys you will receive the highest quality customer service. Our aim is to answer all your questions on how we operate, from booking, through delivering to collecting the units. We aim to ask all the questions so there will be no worries on the day.
Prior to delivery, we will liaise with the client about a suitable delivery date and time. On arrival, our drivers will find the organiser and discuss possible locations for the units, including access, level site and location of electricity supply.
Once the client is happy with the chosen location, we will get the unit into position and set it up, including getting it level, fixing steps/hand rails, attaching skirts and plug in.
Once setup, we then show the client around the unit, discuss what to do on the day, leave the client with a key if required and discuss convenient collection times.
The only thing to do on the day is open the doors onto latches and ensure the power is on during operation. In the unlikely event of a problem, we can be contacted anytime.
Our driver will come at the organised time and collect the equipment. Everything will be taken away and the site left as it was found.
